Biild - Landing Page Video

Biild is a product design agency who were in the final stages of a Rebranding process when they approached me to create the Landing Page Video for their new website.

Biild already had a solid idea of what they were looking for, but with flexibility and room for alternative suggestions from myself. The general concept was to edit video footage related to the products they’ve designed alongside key phrases representing their core values and engaging animations stemming from the tittles in the ‘i’’s of their logo.

The priority for Biild was to try variations of the concept until we found something they knew was the sweet spot. That turned out to be the idea I developed and named ‘building blocks’, in which coloured blocks are utilised to transition between each scene of the video, creating a clean slate for each new key phrase and tittle animation. I worked closely with them to ideate multiple approaches for animating the tittles so that they encapsulated each key phrase. Billd were very pleased with the project outcome, as exemplified below:
